  • ) Why does Vannya require my contact information?

    Vannya requires your contact information to send you invoices. This information will remain private with us and will not be shared with a third party without your consent.

  • ) Password issues:

    a) I’m not able to sign up for Vannya using the password I want. The password guidelines are as follows: Use at least one Uppercase, Lowercase, and Numerical character. The password must be minimum 6 characters, for example 'Vannya@1'. Password is Case Sensitive.
    b) I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do? If you have forgotten your password, you can click “Forgot Password” and receive an OTP on your registered phone number. You also have the 'Email' option to receive an email to confirm your identity.
    c) I didn’t receive the confirmation email. What do I do? Please check your Spam folder. It is possible that the confirmation mail might have skipped your inbox and ended up there
